Volunteers play an extremely important role in furthering the goals of the Adena Mansion & Gardens Society. They are our ambassadors to visitors and to the community at large. Many visitors will interact exclusively with volunteers on duty. Whatever impression the visitor develops about Adena Mansion & Gardens may be the result of interaction with volunteers.
Volunteers have the opportunity to enhance the experience of our visitors. AMGS encourages volunteers to take the initiative in providing excellent visitor service. The first step is being knowledgeable about Adena and the Adena Mansion and Gardens Society, and being able to answer general questions that visitors may ask.
